Project Specifics
The intent of the contract is to primarily focus on employing trenchless technologies to extend the useful life of the collection system at minimum cost to and disruption of the public. The primary trenchless technology employed will be state-of-the-art, styrene odor mitigated cured-in-place pipe (CIPP). The type of work typically assigned to the contractor(s) includes pipe and manhole cleaning and CCTV; limited pipe, lateral and manhole repair/excavation activities; bypass pumping; 8” to 36” CIPP materials applications, design and installation; manhole rehabilitation; lateral rehabilitation; surface restoration; and related activities.
